What is Harmony?

Harmony is here to address all things inner body! Harmony will dive deeply into the things that FEED you. We will address chakras, nutrition, physical activity, and most importantly for my women, the WOMB. Harmony is deep, she will take you places you may never want to visit again, but to help you heal! Harmony asks "what are you feeding yourself" & "are you grounded"? She will also come in and tell you how beautiful you are and remind you of how amazing your vessel truly is.

Harmony is a beautiful reminder of synchronicity! You are ALL things, allow these pieces to flow to create a beautiful melody!

The Harmony Collection will be packed with recipes, herbs for total body healing, tons of physical exercises, inner child segments, and chakra/reiki balancing lives/workshops!
